All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day once payment confirmation has been cleared. Gizmo2Go dispatch their phones through DPD/Royal Mail across mainland UK only which is tracked and insured.

Shipments are processed for delivery Monday to Friday only, with any orders taking place from Friday 2pm – Sunday being dispatched the following Monday.

Orders placed on working days before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

All deliveries are to be signed for in line with current courier requirements and if delivery cannot be made, parcels will be sent to your local Royal Mail sorting office to collect (please take proof of ID) or attempted the next working day. Orders can be tracked online using the tracking link provided with DPD providing alternative delivery options via SMS. Gizmo2Go require 10 business days to declare the loss of a parcel so that we can claim through our carrier.
